Space Selfie [1]

James Webb Space Telescope snapped this picture of its primary mirror, which consists of 18 hexagonal segments, during alignment tests in early February. Engineers are aligning the segments to act as a single mirror 6.5 meters (21 feet) in diameter. The telescope is scheduled to begin scientific observations after the alignment has been completed and verified, in June. [NASA]
